The company caters for a number of markets and farming operations are classified accordingly. Each category has its own set of criteria under which farmers are required to operate. Common to all however are the strict primary production requirements for food safety in accordance with CODEX ( HACCP prerequisite) requirements as well as National Residue avoidance legislation.
